Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent), by leaving your data on the website https://mythproperty.com/ (including subdomains of all levels) (hereinafter referred to as the Website), as well as by performing other actions to express Consent to the processing of PD, as specified in the Personal Data and Cookie Processing Policy and the Personal Data and Cookie Processing Policy posted by the Operator on the Website at the link: https://mythproperty.com/privacy-policy-2 (hereinafter referred to as the Policy), I (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Subject) give my specific, objective, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data by MYTH Property Co., LTD, Tax ID: 0135566014061, address: Office 505/941, Mo 12, Nongpry, Banglamung, Chonburi 20150. List of personal data for which consent is given for processing:

  1. First name, last name;
  2. Subscriber phone number;
  3. Email address;
  4. Account identifiers in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp);
  5. Other categories of personal data in case of their processing.

List of actions with personal data for which consent is given:

  1. The above personal data will be processed by mixed (automated and non-automated) processing of personal data;
  2. Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

Method of processing the above personal data

The above personal data will be processed by means of mixed processing of personal data.

I do not establish categories and a list of personal data for which the Data Subject sets conditions and prohibitions, as well as a list of established conditions and prohibitions.
